Dennis Flint, Chief Executive Officer
Dennis is Chief Executive Officer of
Rocky Mountain MSO. Formerly Director of Education for QuadraMed
Corporation and a principle with The Talon Group, one of the foremost
practice management consulting firms in the region, Dennis is the author
of six books on such wide-ranging subjects as HIPAA, Coding and
Compliance, and the secrets of successful, "non-invasive"
insurance and patient billing/collections techniques. "The Managed
Care Guide" was recognized by the Strategic Research Institute as
the "definitive tool for practice and consultant, alike." A
graduate of the United States Air Force Academy and former pilot, he
brings enthusiasm and integrity to the rural and community-based
marketplace.

Accounting
Kari Emerson, Accountant
Kari moved to Summit County over 20 years ago after receiving her BA
degree from Luther College. She has been working in the accounting field
a good portion of that time and has established a diverse accounting
background through different opportunities in the Healthcare, Service,
Construction and Hospitality Industries. Currently, she is assisting the
controller with the financial accounting of the company. She enjoys
being back in the Healthcare Industry and being part of the great team
at Rocky Mountain MSO. What a great place to live and work and take
advantage of all the outdoor activities the mountains have to offer as
well.

Information Systems
Jim Drake, MCSE, CCNA, Information Systems Director
Jim began professionally supporting network and computer operations in
1996 and has been in health care since 2000. His experience includes
designing and supporting networks, servers, and computers for many
companies ranging in size from 1 to 300 employees. He has in-depth
knowledge of many software platforms, applications, security
technologies, local and wide area networks, and Internet technologies.
Jim holds certifications as a Microsoft Certified Network Engineer (MCSE),
Microsoft Certified Professional & Internet, Cisco Certified Network
Associate (CCNA), Associates of Technical Arts in Computer and
Electronic Technology, and BS in Business Information Systems. Jim can
provide information on overall system design, network implementation
planning, and computer support while ensuring that technical issues are
resolved in a timely manner.
Joe Gajewski, Systems Engineer
Joe comes to us from Michigan, where he began his career as an
Information Technology Professional in 1995. He supported the
infrastructure of the largest health care provider in Mid-Michigan for
eleven years. In addition to working as a full-time systems engineer,
Joe attended college and graduated from the University of Michigan with
a BS in Computer Science. His experience includes installation and
support for enterprise networks, servers, computers, and other related
technologies. He has in-depth knowledge of many operating systems,
software platforms, applications, security technologies, local and wide
area networks, and Internet technologies. Joe is highly motivated and
proactive with experience in a wide variety of technical environments.
He has proven customer, troubleshooting, and team-building skills with a
creative problem-solving aptitude dedicated to quality resolutions.
Joe's wide-ranging experience and skill set results in the ability to
work under pressure effectively and provide efficient project
management.

Occupational Health
Linda Williams, RN, BSN, CCM (Director)
Linda received her BSN from Kansas University in 1983, and initially
worked as a critical care nurse on bone marrow transplant units in
Kansas City and San Antonio. In 1991, she decided to pursue case
management nursing for worker’s compensation claims, and has been
employed in that field every since. She came to work for High Country
Health Care (HCHC) as the occupational health nurse for the Breckenridge
and Frisco Family Practice clinics in February 1999, and was promoted to
the Manager of the HCHC Occupational Health Department in July 2000.
Holly Holden, RN, MSN
Holly has been a registered nurse since 1978. She received her BSN from
Nazareth College, Kalamazoo Michigan and her Masters Degree from Oakland
University, Rochester Michigan. Her career includes Emergency/Trauma
Nursing with ACLS Certifications since 1983, Nursing Case Management,
and, Nursing Instructor & Public Health Nursing Supervisor/Manager.
She relocated to Colorado in January 2001. Since that time she has been
the Occupational Health/Worker’s Comp Nurse Case Manager for Vail-Summit
Orthopaedics.
Laura Cross, RN
Laura received her nursing degree from Mesa State College in Grand
Junction, CO in 1994. She has five years experience in Occupational
Health, working four years with Vail Valley Medical Center Occupational
Health department and one year with Concentra Managed Care in Denver, CO
as a field case manager. Laura came to Vail-Summit Orthopaedics as the Edwards/Vail Occupational Health Nurse in June
2002.
